The products are really cute and they did work fine for me, but for the price I was expecting the quality to be a bit better. Not bad, just kinda wish it felt more worth it

I was just trying to buy some lashes, but the site kept freezing on me and my cart disappeared twice. The search is all over the place too, so finding what I wanted was way more frustrating than it needed to be. Some of the wording on the site felt misleading as well, like things sounded easy or available until I actually tried to check out. After about 20 minutes of dealing with it, I just gave up.

I picked up one of these palettes the colors are super bright on the eyes. I didn’t have to keep digging into the pan over and over, which I appreciate because I don’t have the patience for makeup that takes forever to build up. The shimmers showed up really nicely too. I’m giving it 4 stars only because the darker shades had a little fallout, which was kind of annoying. Still, I’m happy with it overall and I’d buy another one if they come out with a color story I like.

I know it’s kind of a small thing, and I wasn’t even really thinking about the packaging when I ordered it, but I loved the box design. I had it sitting on my kitchen counter for a bit before opening it, and it just looked really nice

Everything was right. No issues. No weird surprises. Just smooth from start to finish, and it all worked out exactly how I hoped

I really like how the shadows feel, and the colors actually show up nicely on me. In my opinion, they look flattering and are easy to wear.

I had a quick question about my order and customer service got back to me fast. They actually answered what I was asking and didn’t make the whole thing complicated, which I appreciated. Nice to get a real response without waiting forever tbh. Happy with how they handled it...

I liked the product overall, but the shade range feels a bit limited for deeper skin tones. It’s kind of unnecessary to have so many similar lighter shades when there aren’t enough options on the deeper end. I really hope they expand the range because the formula itself is nice.

The order showed up when they said it would, mostly, and the box was in good shape. It did take one day longer than I was expecting, though, so that was a little annoying but not a huge deal.

I like it overall, but I was hoping it would blend a bit easier.

I wore this eyeshadow for about 9 hours at work, and somehow it still looked really good when I got home. Like, after a full day of chaos, it was still hanging on. There was a tiny bit of fading in the crease, but nothing dramatic enough to ruin the look. I’m seriously happy with how long it lasted

I decided to try glamlite because their products are cruelty-free and vegan, which is important to me. The palette arrived in good condition, and the shades are really pretty. Shipping took a little longer than I thought it would, but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, I’m happy with my order and would probably buy from them again.

glamlite always has fun concepts. The food and drink collections are cute, different, and way less boring than a lot of makeup launches.

That said, some themes feel a little too much or kind of childish for me. Packaging can be cool, but also bulky and annoying to store. I still peek at new drops, just don’t always buy.

I ordered during a sale and was able to use a discount code on top of it, which felt like such a win. I still remember checking the final price and being surprised at how much lower it was than I expected. Shipping went smoothly, everything showed up looking nice, and I was genuinely happy with the whole experience. The promos made it feel totally worth it.

I received my order, but one of the items was missing. I was really looking forward to getting everything I paid for, so this was disappointing. I’d appreciate it if this could be resolved with a replacement or some kind of compensation

At first, the formula feels really creamy, which I liked, but I’m not totally sure if it’s just me or the shades I tried, a couple of them ended up looking a bit patchy. It’s not awful or anything, and maybe I just need to get the application right, but I definitely have to use a light hand and spend extra time blending.

I’ve ordered from glamlite a few times now and overall it’s been a smooth experience. Most of the products I’m looking for are usually in stock, which I really appreciate. A couple of the more popular palettes do sell out fast though, so I did have to wait for a restock once. It was a little annoying because I wanted to grab it right away, but not a huge deal. The site is easy to browse and I like that it’s simple to see what’s available. Overall, I’m happy with the selection and would give it 4 stars

The refund came through quickly, which I appreciated. That said, the whole interaction left me feeling a bit dismissed, like they just wanted to close the issue and move on rather than actually listen to what happened

It took a while to get here, but the item did arrive in good condition. The only thing that annoyed me was how pushy the reminders were — I kept getting nudged like I needed to respond immediately, which felt a little aggressive. Overall, the order was fine, just wish the follow-ups were less intense
